How to ensure you get thick foam

Foam thickness depends on more than the cannon alone. To get the best results:

1. Use a quality snow foam
   A proper snow foam or foam-compatible shampoo makes a major difference.
2. Use the correct dilution
   Too much water or too little product will create thin foam.
3. Start with the 1.2mm orifice
   This is fitted as standard and is designed for thick foam on most common machines.
4. Use the 1.35mm spare if your machine pulses or feels restricted
   Stronger or higher-flow pressure washers may need the larger orifice to run smoothly.
5. Turn the foam adjustment knob towards maximum foam
   This increases chemical draw for a thicker application.
6. Rinse the cannon after use
   Blocked mesh or product residue can reduce foam quality over time.

For most users, the 1.2mm orifice should be used first. If your pressure washer surges, pulses, cuts in and out, or sounds restricted, switch to the 1.35mm spare orifice.
